Woodside Petroleum's LNG project undermines California’s quality of life.

1. Enormous semi-permanent LNG tankers will disrupt ocean views in high-valued communities like Palos Verdes, Pacific Palisades and Malibu.


2. Project construction will obstruct traffic on two of Los Angeles’ busiest streets causing noise pollution and daily disruptions for communities near the onshore pipeline.

Woodside’s high-frequency operation means LNG tankers will obstruct the natural coastal landscape and priceless views of Santa Catalina Island. Onshore, the construction of the LNG pipeline will require digging around 21 schools and countless communities who will have to deal with the noise, dust and inconvenience.
